Adults Program in Prospect Heights, Illinois

Our adult Karate program has all of our students training side by side! While white belts concentrate on mastering the basic moves, the higher ranks work on subtle body mechanics such as proper hip rotation. Students will get to learn kihon (basic techniques), kata (traditional sequences or forms), and kumite (sparring). Learning martial arts as an adult engages your memory, improves cardio-vascular health and maintains or regains strength and flexibility.
